How do you get an accurate cleaning quote?

A professional quote is not based on surface area alone. FHN Clean takes into account the type of building, how it is occupied, its initial condition, access, the number of toilets and washrooms, the glazing, the frequency and the checks requested. Describing these points in the form from the outset speeds up the analysis and reduces guesswork.

For a regular contract, specify the possible days, opening hours and the tasks expected at each visit. For post-construction cleaning, attach the phasing, the handover date and a few photos. For an incident or disaster, state the nature of the residues and confirm that access has been made safe.

The quote should let you compare like with like: included tasks, rotating tasks, consumables, equipment, frequency, staff cover and inspection method. FHN Clean can offer a technical site visit when needed to avoid an overly approximate price.
